  • The CRF 2024 QATAR will be held at the Le Royal Méridien Doha Hotel from November 3 to 7, 2024. Visit the agenda here to learn more.

  • The event's primary language will be English, and translation services will be provided from English to Arabic and vice versa.

    Translation from or to any other language can be considered based on need and the availability of qualified translators.

  • Participants can stay updated on event changes or announcements through the CRF 2024 QATAR website. We recommend visiting the site periodically for updates on the event.

  • Nationalities from 102 countries can enter Qatar without a pre-approved visa. For others, the organisers of the conference will provide visas or guidance on obtaining visas based on their nationality. For details, please visit the Register Here section.

General Information

  • Registration Fees for the conference can be paid directly through the CRF 2024 QATAR website www.crfqatar2024.com. Early bird discount is available for CRF members.
    Day passes are also available for non-members wishing to attend one or more days of the conference.

    Registration Fees:

    • CRF Members:

      • Early Bird Registration: USD 800 (instead of USD 900)

    • Non-Members:

      • Regular Registration: USD 1000

    • Day Passes:

      • USD 400 (to attend all events on any day of the conference)

    • Social Pass Fee:

      • USD 150 (Includes all dinners, cultural events, sightseeing trip, etc. Excludes admission to the conference)

    What's Included in the Registration Package:

    All fees grant access to all the event sessions, including the formal dinners, cultural activities, and the sightseeing tour of Doha.

    Additionally, Social Passes are available for individuals accompanying conference delegates, providing access to all dinners, cultural events, and the sightseeing trip.

  • Absolutely! You can bring a colleague along to join in the event experience. However, there are a few things to keep in mind regarding their access:

    Conference Sessions: A separate Pass is required for your colleague to attend the conference talks and presentations.

    Social Activities: If your colleague is mainly interested in the social aspects of the event, they can purchase a Social Pass for $150. This pass grants access to the welcome reception, dinners, sightseeing tours, and cultural activities.

    In short, a full-price pass is needed for conference sessions, while the Social Pass is a great option for guests who want to enjoy the social events and cultural experiences.

  • Yes, the venue is conveniently accessible by road and metro train from any part of the city. In addition to public transportation, there are several bus and metro train routes that serve the area, and taxi services are also available at reasonable rates. Additionally, there are ample parking facilities available on-site for attendees who prefer to drive to the event.

  • The venue, as well as Hamad International Airport, leading hotels, shopping malls and major banks in Qatar are equipped with facilities that aid the mobility of individuals with disabilities, including wheelchair access, toilets and parking. Attendees with specific needs should confirm accessibility at other locations.

  • Yes, the registration package for the conference (if the day pass accompanies tour day, refer the CRF Agenda) includes guided tours and cultural experiences for participants. All fees grant access to a sightseeing tour of Doha, allowing attendees to explore and enjoy the rich culture and history of the host city.

  • Qatar offers a convenient and cost-effective public transportation network with a range of options available. Buses and metros connect Hamad International Airport to various city destinations. Karwa Taxis, available at key locations like shopping centres and hotels, provide hassle-free and cost-effective transportation, with options for travellers with special needs. 

    Additionally, you can conveniently book car rental services and luxurious limousines through the Karwa or Uber app or by phone, ensuring accessibility and convenience when travelling across Qatar.
